Donation Request Letter
Many of the places that you ask for donations will require a letter along with a voided social ticket.
For wedding socials, you should include the social organizer's name, as well as the names of the couple.
For charitable fundraisers, you will want to include some information on your charity.
It is a good idea to begin soliciting donations as early as possible. Six months to a year prior to your event is not unreasonable.
Feel free to use or change the template below to suit your event. Copy and paste it into a word processor, and add the address block at the top.
